Stop and Taste the Rosé

Last week my friend Millie and I went to a Stop and Taste the Rosé event at Eataly in the Prudential Center. It was so much fun!

When we arrived to check in for the event we were given a rosé passport with all the different kinds of wine that were available for tasting. There were 3 different stations and each station had 6 wines. When you tried a wine they would stamp your passport.

My favorite station of the 3 was the bubbles station. They were sparkling wines and they were all on the sweeter side. The other 2 stations had a lot of very dry wines.

After trying a few of the wines we got ourselves some frosé (frozen rosé) and walked over to La Pizza La Pasta for dinner. We split a margherita pizza and a pasta dish. The pasta had brisket and red sauce and it was so delicious.

Naturally the next stop was the dessert station where we were more than overwhelmed with all the choices of beautiful desserts. I ended up getting ‘the trio’ which was a 3-layer chocolate mousse.

We had so much fun at this event and can’t wait to go back to Eataly for more fun!

Stay freckled and eat as much pizza and pasta as humanly possible.
